Founded in 1973 by Liz Christy and the Green Guerillas.

The garden is now open:
      Sundays, Noon-4pm (May to September)
      Saturdays, Noon-4pm (All Year)
      Tuesdays, 6pm to dusk (May to September)

The Liz Christy Garden is a beautifully landscaped plot with a wide variety of mature trees and shrubs, shaded benches, contemplative nooks, a turtle pond and community composting bins.
