Two hundred and fifty dollars (you read it right, $250) gets you a beautiful, permanent, engraved stone monument in Tompkins Square Park. Here's your chance to tell someone you love them, celebrate a friend or family member, or just say something brilliant for everyone to read!!!Have you ever noticed the hexagon-shaped pavers in and around Tompkins Square Park? They're serviceable; they do the job; but they're not particularly attractive.
EVPC is working to replace -- with a purpose -- those pavers with inscribed, granite, hexagon stones. The money made from the sale of these dedication stones is going into an endowment for Tompkins Square Park to be used for improving the looks of the park. We hope that, over the coming years, this will create a wonderful monument to the diversity and unique qualities of the East Village Community. We've started to replace the pavers around the base of the Temperance Fountain and have celebrated the completion of two installations of new dedication stones.

Stones cost $250 each.
Purchasers can engrave a personal message on the stone and there is room for up to 70 characters (includes letters, spaces and punctuation).
Final installation is subject to approval by The East Village Parks Conservancy and The Parks & Recreation Department.
